Mark Williams Auto Group has been around since 1992. We have sales people that have been in the business for forty years and some that have been in the business for forty days. It’s only logical for a veteran to be the top sales person, right? Well…maybe not. After all, this is America.
After three months of calling and emailing Josh Williams, Chad was granted his opportunity to join our team. On his first day, he was introduced to our team in both Mt. Orab Ford and Mt. Orab CDJR. He was also shown the sales board. Josh asked that he complete all of his training and sell five cars in his first month. “It takes a while to get your feet wet.” Josh assured him. Well, if you know Chad Neal, you won’t be surprised to hear that he dove in…head first. On his very first Saturday, he sold three cars and by the time he finished his first month, he had nearly tripled his sales goal. He didn’t stop there, Chad would go on to maintain an amazing average of 19 cars per month, landing him the title of “Mark Williams Auto Group Salesman Of The Year.”
