Family Donates 2017 Escape To Women’s Refuge Center

It’s always fun to get involved with local charities, especially when you feel like you’re making a real difference. This year, we have focused our energy on benefiting The Boys And Girls Club Of Clermont County and our local Shop With A Cop program. The two organizations were supported as a joint effort from both Beechmont Ford and Mt. Orab Automall.

Last week, we helped the Watson/Driller family deliver a brand new Ford Escape to the Refuge Of Hope Women’s Shelter in Richmond, Indiana after the family decided to make the donation. The Refuge Of Hope is supported through Rock Solid Ministries and is designed to help homeless women with and without children. The ministry obtained the old Knucklehead bar on East Main Street as well and is now in the process of converting it to the Women’s shelter.

“This is just…wow. This is one of those moments where you don’t know what to say. Thank you!” – Pastor Dave Eales

The Escape will be used to transport women and resources for the shelter. It was amazing to be a part of something so special. We are confident that this will make a huge difference in the lives of women in Richmond, Indiana for years to come.
