We Want Customers For Life

There are so many crucial values and mindsets that salespeople need to take in order to be a truly successful. Here at Mark Williams Auto Group, we require all of our employees to read Customers For Life, by Carl Sewell and Paul B. Brown. Once they’ve complete the book, they take a short assessment on what they’ve read. Our goal is to make sure that all of our employees believe the same way and truly understand how important it is to serve our customers.

Two of the values that we find most important are always over-deliver and that our answer to the customer is always yes. If they need it done, we believe in finding a way to solve the problem, at all costs. We strive to make all of our customers feel that they have a relationship that will last long term.

We like to think that winning Ford’s prestigious President’s Award 15 times is a direct result of our employees knowing why we come to work every day. We are here to serve our customers and solve their problems!
