Here at Mark Williams Auto Group, we require all of our employees to read Customers For Life, by Carl Sewell and Paul B. Brown. Once they’ve complete the book, they take a short assessment on what they’ve read. Our goal is to make sure that all of our employees believe the same way and truly understand how important it is to serve our customers.
Two of the values that we find most important are always over-deliver and that our answer to the customer is always yes. If they need it done, we believe in finding a way to solve the problem, at all costs. We strive to make all of our customers feel that they have a relationship that will last long term.
