We have to take a quick minute to brag on one of our younger sales people. He is both young in age and in terms of time in our industry. Jack comes to work every day with a smile, ready to serve his customers.
Today, he received a nice hand-written card from a customer that recently did business with him. The card was simple and quick but meant a lot to Jack. The customer wanted to thank him for his professionalism and care for an issue that they had. We can’t always prevent problems but absolutely believe that it’s our job to jump into action when they arise. Jack is a great example of an employee that carries that value.
It’s awesome to see that he delivered an experience that meant enough to his customer that they felt led to send a hand written card to him. Plus, how often do we get a hand-written card any more? Kudos to you, Jack! #jackofallsales
