NEW BRONCO UPDATE: 7/7/2020

Here at Mark Williams Automotive Group we are thrilled to be on the home stretch for the unveiling of the “Bronco Family” July 13th, 2020. Ever since the Bronco was hung-up back in 1996, appreciation for this vehicle has only grown. In just shy of a week, the Bronco will no longer be available solely as a vintage collectible, but up for reservation as a brand new, 2021 model that could soon be in your possession.

This family of 4×4 adventure vehicles are “Built Wild”, with the lineup consisting of the Bronco two-door as well as two all-new, never-before-seen Bronco models: the four door and the sport.

It has been a lengthy process of development for the Bronco team, and through this process Ford has brought many exciting features to the table such as “Built Wild Extreme Durability Testing, Capability and Innovative Design principles for segment-leading levels of 4×4 capability, plus long-term off-road performance and dependability”.

The Bronco team has also established “outdoor adventure playgrounds” specifically for Bronco vehicle testing called “Off-Roadeos” crafted to mimic an authentic four-wheel experience in the challenging terrain of the wild. These will be available come next year and will include a variety of tracks suitable for all levels of expertise.

For owners and fans of the Bronco, there is an online community known as “Bronco Nation”, where people come together to share their favorite off-road trails, different event calendars, information on vintage Bronco vehicles, and even custom clothing. You can join the party at www.thebronconation.com.

As for the specifics of the reveal, all three models of the family will be fully disclosed at 8:00 p.m. EDT on July 13th on ESPN, ABC and National Geographic. At this moment, buyers will now be able to reserve a Bronco from registered Ford dealers such as Beechmont and Mt. Orab Ford for future purchase on Ford.com with a refundable deposit of only $100.

Bronco Sports will arrive to dealers late 2020, however the two-door and four-door models will not be available until Spring of 2021.

In the meantime, check out this link to a short film for a sneak peek into the all-new 2021 Bronco models cruising throughout the wild: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_4A3xjgZ4hY

This short film is a visual representation of the Bronco’s “Built Wild” brand positioning strategy. Mentioned earlier in this article, the three principles of Built Wild are:

  • Extreme Durability Testing done across thousands of labs, all under extreme conditions to “ensure toughness”.
  • Capability to “go over any-type of terrain”, or “G.O.A.T.” for short. The Broncos have something called an “exclusive terrain management system” as well as suspension technology that makes this possible.
  • Innovative Design innovations with “heritage-inspired DNA” and “new levels of personalization” awe-inspiring to both Bronco newbies and long-time enthusiasts and experts.

This line of Broncos will become the sixth generation of a long line of history beginning in 1966. Do this amazing history some justice and tune in July 13th at 8:00 p.m. EDT. For those who are dying to reserve this vehicle A.S.A.P., make sure to reserve on Ford.com through a Mark Williams Automotive Group location at either Beechmont Ford or Mt. Orab Ford dealerships! Anticipating the viewing on July 13th, but lacking the availability? You can watch the full videos on Hulu July 14th. Let’s get ready for a wild ride!
